Free shipping for UK orders over £70 that fit into our flat boxes. £4 fee for larger boxes. UK orders over £200 are automatically shipped via Next Day Special Delivery. International shipping and customs fees
We ship worldwide regularly, using secured tracked delivery. Product prices will display as tax-free at checkout as you enter your non-UK billing address. You may be liable to pay customs fees in your country in order to release the goods for delivery. Those fees vary depending on the country. Feel free to email us at if you need more information.
How quickly will I receive my order?
The Post Office being just round the corner, we usually manage to ship same day for orders placed before noon. This means you will likely receive your delivery within a couple of days if you are in the UK. International orders, depending on country, can take between 3 to 7 working days. For books, oracle decks, chimes and customised bracelets, delivery can take up to 4-5 days if we need to order them in first.
Returns policy
Products can be returned for a full refund, exchange or gift voucher within 28 days of purchase and if no sign of damage. The buyer pays for return shipping.

Current EU regulations allow for orders below £130 to be delivered tax-free.
Can I click and collect?
Simply select “Click & Collect” as your preferred shipping method at checkout or just drop us a message to let us know. Collection point is 283 Kings Rd SW3 5EW. Opening hours are Mon-Sat: 10am-6pm / Sun: 12pm-6pm.

99% of our products are one-of-a-kind. With regards to Native American jewellery for instance, artists seldom produce more than a handful of pieces.
